I’ve been doing more themed inspired engagement shoots lately. It keeps me on my toes by putting me in a unfamiliar situation and force me to think outside the box and the couples have an excuse to dress up and have fun!
I did a Film Noir inspired shoot with Melindi and Hein over the weekend. Melindi just loves old films and even got her hands on the coolest little 1920’s looking dress.
Hein is an extremely inspiring individual and among other things have sailed in the Cape to Rio Yacht Race, ran the Hong Kong and New York City Marathon and even broke the World Blind Land Speed Record in 2005. (Hein was born blind) Check out his website: www.visiontree.co.za
I had a fun themes/engagement shoot with Iza and Riekert over the weekend. Riekert is also a wedding photograper (www.rcphoto.za.net) and Iza does make-up (www.izaloubser.co.za).
