Sanne and Jermaine (both from Holland) fell in love about 7 years ago. They also fell in love with South Africa when they came here for Jermaine to finish his internship.
The wedding ceremony was intimate and beatiful! (Fishhoek beach was cold and wet!)
…. the wife and I are off to a much deserving little holiday to the Eastern Cape. When packing my stuff earlier tonight I realized that my camera bag is heavier than my suitcase!!! I will be back in civilization again on the 27th of July.
No wedding goes without some sort of hick-up ….. let’s just say (with tongue in cheek) this time the groom did not get to the church on time….
Pastor Chris and Gwenneth was blessed with a beautiful sunny winters day at Rhebokskloof. Due to the slight delay, we only got around to the ‘formal’ photos just as the sun disappeared over the horizon. Luckily my trusty old strobeflash was nearby and we got to play with some creative off camera lighting. David (Gwenneth’s brother) gave me a hand pointing the flash in all the correct directions. Thanks David you’re the best!! (I really need to get an assistant – anyone interested can contact me)
